How we started

It all began unexpectedly.

The apartment, which was originally meant to serve a different purpose, eventually opened up a new path for us.

Instead, we decided to create something with long-term meaning.

A place we would choose ourselves when traveling.

Behind Oliva Apartments are the two of us – Jakub and Eva.

We share an eye for detail, a sense for atmosphere, and experience from both business and travel.

Each of us brings a different perspective, but together we have the same goal – to create a place where guests truly feel good.

Jakub focuses on the overall concept, operations, and making sure everything works as a whole.
